Today was my first unplugged day (sort of). I didn’t watch any television today — though I did turn the Sirius station on for music — and I didn’t use the internet for anything other than job applications and a quick photo posting to Facebook. I actually did some reading today, as well! Healthy meals, a single glass of Coke, plus a walk around the (still partially ice-covered) lake rounded out this day, and it was all so very pleasant.
Way to unplug!
